The annual Men of Integrity Conference is coming up quickly. It will be this Feb 28 and Mar 1 in St. Albert.
Our council has generously offered to reimburse the cost of your attendance for any member of the council or RCIA candidate that attends the conference this year. However we only have a budget of $500 to work with. So if we have more than 10 people submitting their $50 reimbursment after the conference, we may have to prorate the dollars and split it up as evenly as possible amongst those who attend.
If you can give us a heads up about your intention to attend in advance it will help us prepare for how to distribute the funds after. Just send me an email to gk7061@ab.ca if you are able. If you dont, its still ok to submit your receipts after for reimbursement. Ill give a deadline of March 10 for receipts to come in for this years conference.
If we have more than 10 guys this year, we will look to increase the budgeted amount for next year.
