The web guys can only offer us some sort of paid add on for a store front type of page here. Im thinking maybe Troy and I hash out the potential of just using a database structure for this instead. We are already paying for a hosting package that allows web hosted databases. Just need to either have someone who knows how to build an MS Access database maybe or else wait for me to learn how to do that. I dont think building it would be too difficult. Integrating it into a web interface and making it look pretty might be another story though.
