The next date for people to get training as Eucharistic Ministers or Readers will be Wednesday June 11 at 6PM at the church. Ireland Kowal the new volunteer coordinator will be leading the program.
Getting as many people invovled with the ministries is only one of the many ways for us to support the parish. It helps us get stronger as a community and helps to give people ways to connect more with the mass and the faith. We of course are also trying to build up the numbers of men who are certified to help with the ministries so we can host an annual Men Supporting The Parish mass weekend with the men of the parish stepping up to very visibly participate with masses.
Please keep your eyes open for more opportunities to get trained up and help out with the various ministries including adult servers, commentating, Eucharistic ministry, reading and music ministry. Let’s make some noise and make our presence known in the church.
